Complaints Procedure

We believe that our school provides a good education for students and that the Headteacher and staff work very hard to build positive relationships with parents. We receive very few complaints. Problems occasionally arise from misunderstandings which are easily addressed. Most concerns and complaints can be sorted out quickly by speaking with your child’s Tutor for Learning or Head of House.

However, the school is obliged to have procedures in place in case there are complaints by parents. A copy of our Complaints Policy, which outlines these procedures, can be found here.
